Day 02Tarangire game drive and onward to the highlandsDaily programme

Begin early while wildlife is active and the light is gentle. Explore Tarangireu2019s river corridor, baobab woodland and open savannah with time to watch elephant families and search for lion, leopard and birdlife. Arrive before dinner, with time to relax among the farms and forested slopes.

Day 03Across Ngorongoro to the Serengeti plainsDaily programme

After breakfast, climb through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and pause at a crater viewpoint when conditions allow. Continue across the highlands and descend toward Serengeti National Park, with wildlife viewing beginning as the landscape opens into vast grasslands. Enjoy a picnic lunch en route and an afternoon game drive shaped around recent sightings and seasonal animal movement before reaching your Serengeti camp.
