Wildlife first
Follow guide and park instructions, keep a respectful distance, never feed or call animals, keep noise low and stay on permitted routes. A sighting never justifies crowding, off-road damage or unsafe driving.
People, culture and photography
Ask before photographing people, respect customs and sacred places, protect children from exploitative tourism and avoid treating communities as attractions. Choose respectful, locally led experiences and reputable local makers.
Lower-impact operations
Refill water where safe, reduce single-use plastics, take waste out, conserve water and electricity and favour responsible camps and suppliers. Never remove natural or cultural objects.
Fair work and safeguarding
We expect respectful treatment of guides, porters, drivers, lodge teams and community partners. Report harassment, unsafe work, wildlife mistreatment, child-safeguarding concerns or corruption to the trip leader or management.
Traveller participation
Your guide will explain local rules and practical choices during the journey. Tell us when accessibility, dietary or other needs require a responsible alternative rather than silently excluding an experience.
