Traveller care
Booking Terms
How safari requests, quotations, confirmations and supplier changes are handled.
Request, quotation and contract
A website request starts a conversation; it is not a reservation. We check availability and issue a written quotation describing the programme, accommodation assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, currency, payment schedule and validity date. A booking becomes binding when you accept the quotation, the required funds clear and Nebo issues written confirmation.
Prices and availability
Website prices are indicative and based on the assumptions shown. Group size, travel dates, room type, accommodation availability, park fees, taxes, flights and supplier rates can affect the final amount. The confirmed quotation takes priority over website estimates.
Traveller information and responsibilities
Please provide accurate names, ages and contact details and tell us about mobility, medical, dietary or safeguarding needs relevant to safe delivery. Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, entry requirements and suitable travel and medical-evacuation insurance.
Programme and supplier changes
Wildlife, weather, road conditions, government action and supplier circumstances may require an adjustment. We will explain material changes and use a comparable service where reasonably possible while protecting the purpose and value of the journey. Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed.
Conduct and safety
Travellers must follow lawful instructions from guides, park authorities and accommodation teams. Nebo may stop an activity where conduct creates a serious safety, wildlife, community or legal risk.
Questions and records
Keep your quotation, written acceptance, payment acknowledgements and confirmation together. Contact reservations promptly if any name, date, service or price appears incorrect.
