Who controls your information
Nebo Promise Land Safaris determines why and how booking and website information is processed and acts as the data controller. Privacy requests may be sent to info@nebopromiseland.com. Nebo maintains applicable registration and governance requirements with Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Commission.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, nationality or country, travel plans, ages, room and dietary preferences, relevant accessibility or safety information, communications, quotations, booking and payment records, consent choices and basic website technical data.
Why we use it
We use information to answer requests, prepare quotations, reserve and deliver services, communicate operational and safety information, support travellers, prevent misuse, keep financial and legal records and improve the website. Optional marketing requires a separate choice.
Sharing and international use
Necessary information may be shared with accommodation, transport, guides, park or government services, payment providers, professional advisers and technology processors. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary and assess safeguards where a recipient processes information in another country.
Retention and security
Unconverted enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion after 24 months. Booking and financial records may be retained longer where accounting, legal or dispute obligations require it. Access is role-restricted and supported by technical and organisational safeguards.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed, access or correct information, request erasure or restriction, object, request portability, withdraw consent or raise a complaint. We verify identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where another lawful duty applies. You may also contact Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Commission.

Essential storage supports form security, language, currency and privacy preferences. Optional analytics loads only after consent and may be refused without preventing access to booking services.
